Access to the GEO HelpDesk requires you to be in possession of a valid licence of a GEO Software Suite application (i.e. GEO, GEOLite, GEOLogger, or GEOView).
The hardlock key (dongle) for that application will be checked by our systems and must therefore remain attached to your computer (or visible to the network in the case of a multi-user network licence) during browsing within the HelpDesk pages.
When you click the link, you will be logged-in automatically, provided your hardlock key is correctly authorized.
Access to certain pages in this section may be limited, dependant on the level of licence you hold. So if you possess more than one type of dongle (e.g. GEO & GEOView), please check now that you are logging-in with the appropriate key.
